Erin brings sincerity, passion, and results to every partnership. Her path from nonprofit world to 20+ years in media – including 12 at TEGNA – refined her strategic vision and leadership style that makes teams stronger. As SVP of Sales & Partnerships at OpTic Gaming, she helped scale one of the world’s most recognized esports brands. Today, she blends that expertise to build lasting strategies, partnerships, and people. Erin lives in Dallas with her husband, two teenage sons, two dogs, and one devoted bearded dragon.

Rachel Alexander
Rachel is a 20+ year media and sponsorship veteran shaped by grit, creativity, and a relentless drive for client success. From scrappy beginnings in Kansas City radio, to building major campaigns at TEGNA, her 13-year job-share partnership proved the power of teamwork and her belief that rising tides raise all boats. She later expanded into gaming and esports, always known for long-term partnership and consistent results. Dallas-based, she’s fueled by curiosity, collaboration, travel, and tacos – and lives with her husband, two kids, and an unruly pandemic pup.

Sonya’s steady leadership and sharp operational expertise keeps people, projects, and details aligned. Her career spans live entertainment, media account management, and esports sponsorships, earning her a reputation for flawless execution and calm precision. A Dallas-based watercolor artist and campervan renovator, she loves exploring national parks with her husband, and is on an impressive quest to visit every MLB ballpark along the way
